Green Ribbon Award excellence benefits all in North Canterbury

Hurunui College won the education and communication section of the Ministry for the Environment Green Ribbon Awards this year with their extensive work to enhance Nina Valley for native and endemic species.

Photographed are representative students from the College James Tweed and Ella Crean with tutor Tim Kelly at the Awards night in Wellington.

I understand from the Principal that Tim has been instrumental in the project. Great work and a great example to all.
